Adopt the following community vocabulary by adding the term to the OData Core vocabulary and describing the behavior in [URL Conventions]:

We can either incorporate these into an OASIS vocabulary or simply leave them as a community vocabulary.  Because they imply alternate syntax for URLs it might be nice to formally adopt them as OData vocabularies.
