Subject: [OASIS Issue Tracker] (ODATA-1112) Default page size for server-driven paging

Ralf Handl commented on ODATA-1112:
-----------------------------------
The preference odata.maxpagesize defines "page size" as "number of items", see http://docs.oasis-open.org/odata/odata/v4.01/csprd02/part1-protocol/odata-v4.01-csprd02-part1-protocol.html#sec_Preferencemaxpagesizeodatamaxpagesiz
This also corresponds to $top and $skip working with items, not bytes.
