Font embedding: draft unclear

I do not see a clear statement that there is any capability in ODF to do
font embedding.

odf:font-face-src has a reference to svg:font-face-src which in turn seems
to be based on css2's @font-face {src = ...}  property.

The ODF 1.2 draft should be clarified as to whether this is indeed allowed
or not.

I note that OOXML provides font embedding, with an idiosyncratic set of
declarations: Part 1, s17.8.3.6.  It even provides extra "obfuscation",
which some people may see as guilding the lily :-)
