AWESOME - When you put NEEDS-DISCUSSION in the title, it also is obvious when JIRA reports it to the list. I can even search my mailbox for these. 

With regard to Eric's comment today on trying to figure out the status, the only thing I have been able to do is have a spreadsheet that is mapped to the table of contents where I list the JIRA issues that I have my eye on, so I know to go check on what issues I am concerned about when reviewing to see where we are on some topic.  It is a lot of extra manual work, and when I get behind, it is a problem.  But it is still the most-reliable way I have of keeping track independent of whatever JIRA and the various filters do as an issue goes through various workflow states.
