Michael Stahl commented on OFFICE-1738:
----------------------------------------
comment by myself and Oliver-Rainer Wittmann:
Yes, the precentage values for this attribute have to be positive.
Thus, we propose for this attribute a range restriction to [0..100].
Additionally, maybe it would be a good idea to have a new data type "positivePercent".

> Key: OFFICE-1738

> Issue Type: Bug
> Affects Versions: ODF 1.2
> Reporter: Robert Weir
> Assignee: Patrick Durusau
> Fix For: ODF 1.2

> Transcribed from ODF_Revised_Editorial_Notes_27May2009.odt
> Original author: Patrick Durusau
> Section 17.485 style:height
> Ed. Note Relies on signed percentage so -50% is a legal value. I did change the prose to say: percentage of the height of the columned area, but that doesn't fix the schema.
> Oliver says: "I do not know the exact definition of data type percent, but we should
> assure that we use a positive percentage value for this attribute. Right? "
