Regarding "eoffill": This spelling error has been corrected already in ODF 1.2 CD03 Rev02.

Regarding the description of "elliptical­quatrantx", I suggest the following:

Draws a quarter ellipse, whose initial segment is tangential to the
x-axis from the current point to (x, y). For each additional quarter ellipse command, the axis to which the segment is
tangential to switches from x to y and from y to x. 

Regarding the description of "elliptical­quatranty", I suggest the following:

Draws a quarter ellipse, whose initial segment is tangential to the
y-axis from the current point to (x, y). For each additional quarter ellipse command, the axis to which the segment is
tangential to switches from y to x and from x to y

Regarding "It should also probably be mentioned that by default sets of subpaths
 are filled and stroked, unless the F or S commands indicate otherwise. ":

By default, subpaths are stroked and filled as defined by the line and fill style that is used by the drawing object. This does not differ from other drawing object types.
