Need Samvera asset transfer doc

I have all the banking information needed for the transfer which we can incorporate into the final asset transfer notification? Privately she sent that prompt note at my suggestion, to make sure she was getting the guidance she sought on exactly how, when and to who LYRASIS should send its balance of Samvera funds upon transition. I gather she thought she was looking for something like timing and wire transfer advice ... maybe an official OASIS instruction for her to hand LYRASIS, that LYRASIS will be happy to pay against? Copying Cathie for that reason. I told Heather I'd ping you on it. Ping. Maybe we could fold it into a bigger doc though. I'll keep you copied on the TM stuff too. Samvera Community funds held in a designated account; $320,189 was the amount for the end of March, but of course we will need to know the total when the transfer happens. The MOU also lists community infrastructure, but I have already moved all of that away from LYRASIS.
