TC Members:  I’ve created a pull request on GH with a variety of updates to our TC Operations documentation:  https://github.com/oasis-tcs/openc2-tc-ops/pull/37 Summary: This PR addresses changes to various aspects of our TC Operations documents associated with the charter clarification, elimination of subcommittees and shift to a work product-oriented working meeting structure. Overview: Updates New Member Info, and renames to General Member Info Updates Meeting Scheduling Initial creation of Work Product List Initial creation of Working Meeting management process Updates to Documentation Norms to eliminate subcommittee references The contents of this PR will be the basis for a discussion of the new operating procedures at next week’s TC meeting. Please take a look and provide any feedback on the approach described in these changes. In particular, please look at the Working Meeting management process (easy to read version here ), especially if you’re a work product editor or are interest in contributing to work product developments. We’d like to apply this process to the 24 March “AP-SC” meeting (current calendar label), which will be our first Working Meeting under the new structure. If interested, you can look at the easy reading versions of all of the updated documents in my fork of the TC Ops repo . One thing not yet addressed with these changes is adjustments to the typical agenda of our monthly TC meetings, but that will be worked out prior to the April meeting. The primary change will be that subcommittee reports will be replaced with a agenda segment on work product status / progress / issues.
