I was reading the 2023 Mulesoft/Deloitte Connectivity Benchmark Report (available at https://resources.mulesoft.com/ty-report-connectivity-benchmark.html if you are willing to give them your contact info) and some of their data is of particular relevance to awareness & adoption of OpenC2. The report notes that Organizations spent an average of $4.7 million on custom integration labor in the past 12 months, up from $3.6 million in 2022 And yet even with increased spending on integration On average, 29% of these enterprise applications are integrated. Ie they need standard interfaces instead of custom proprietary interfaces.
