SCA-J Schedule Action Item
As per the SCA-J TC telecon Dec 15, the SCA-J TC agrees that it can meet the Feb23 public review draft for the SCA Java Common Annotations and APIs spec as well as the SCA Java Component Implementation spec.
There is no agreement that the other specs can be contained in the Feb 23 PR date.
