As part of our ongoing commitment to facilitate effective collaboration and progress within the OpenEoX Technical Committee, we are scheduling our upcoming monthly meeting on Wednesday, January 24th at 12pm EDT/5pm UTC. However, to ensure the time and days for future monthly meetings accommodate as many of us as possible, we have set up a poll. Your input is invaluable in helping us choose the most suitable schedule. The poll is straightforward and should take less than a minute of your time. Here are the steps to follow: - Open the link. - View the proposed dates and times. Do not worry about the actual date number. Instead of focusing on specific dates, we ask you to select your preferred day of the week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday). - To avoid conflicts with other OASIS Technical Committee meetings that typically occur in the last week of each month, we are proposing to hold our meeting during the second-to-last week of the month. Your choice of the day will help us determine the most convenient scheduling for everyone involved." - Select the option(s) that best suit your availability. - Submit your vote. Your participation in this process is crucial. We aim to finalize the date and time based on the majority preference to maximize attendance and productivity.
