The term 'project area' is not an OSLC standard concept. There is no vocabulary for such a thing. A client that knows it wants to look for a Jazz-based concept could use a Jazz-specific property to do so. This, together with the discussions about the use of existing properties of oslc:Service and oslc:ServiceProvider resources, seems to provide adequate ways to resolve this issue.
