Note that these changes require new variables in the config section of all OASIS OSLC specs:

      // the document's short name, as in http://www.w3.org/TR/short-name/
      shortName: "oslc-config-mgmt-10",

      // the document's citation label
      citationLabel: "OSLC-ConfigMgmt-1.0",

      // OSLC version number for the spec, and the revision level of the document within its stage
      oslcVersion: "1.0",
      revision: "01",

      // if your specification has a subtitle that goes below the main
      // formal title, define it here - use this for parts of a multi-part work product, such as pages of an OSLC spec
