Please clarify what is needed beyond what is in the template at https://ndjc.github.io/respec/examples/oasis-oslc/template-spec.html, and why this is classified as Major priority. That example template has both Acknowledgements and Change Log appendices, and both are free-format as far as ReSpec is concerned, so it is up to the spec author to format the content to any required OASIS conventions.
