Change @base from common one to resource independent one

* @base := {OLD_@base}/{Shape Resource Name}, in order to make subject
  id of shape resources and properties shorter
* Add new prefix shapebase shapebase := {OLD_@base} for cross reference
  between shape resources
* Modify dcterms:title of shape resources from "Creation of ..."
* Add some dcterms:description for shape resource to denote one uses
  ext:extendsShape
