Proposal: Define CKA_JAVA_MIDP_SECURITY_DOMAIN constants

It is defined as follows: typedef CK_ULONG CK_JAVA_MIDP_SECURITY_DOMAIN; For this version of Cryptoki, the following security domains are defined.
