As a result, the NSS project is still using PKCS #11 header files derived from an old version licensed to Netscape, and some GNU projects produced their own clean-room version of the PKCS #11 header files. As the copyright owner of these header files, RSA is in the best position to re-license the header files. I'd like to request that RSA re-license the header files under the Revised BSD license.
