Volunteer to take minutes please

Hi everyone.

Regarding today's conference call, starting in 45 minutes, I will be 
dialing in from a taxi cab as I make my way to the airport.

I need a volunteer please to take minutes?  Much appreciated!

The conference call will probably have to be shorter than usual.

While not wishing to curtail discussion, it's important that we achieve 
the following (as per the minutes):

- Confirm minutes of last meeting, which included lengthy discussion
- Sign off on PKIA TC Action Plan
- Call for volunteers to start work on case studies.
- Call for interest in policy position papers regarding e.g.:
      (1) regulatory issues
      (2) legal issues
      (3) interoperability
      (4) outsourcing.
