[provision] Proposed basic service provisioning definitions

In my view, an adopted charter and a set of basic definitions is a
prerequisite to jump start the efforts of the PSTC (or is it the SPTC). 
    Here is a proposal for such a set of definitions.  The following basic
service provisioning terms are defined in the attached document:
         person
         organization
         service
         service provider
         resource
         service delivery platform
         customer
         contract
         account
         contact
         billing feature
         service element
         service attribute or provisioning parameter
         workflow
         service offering
         service order
         service instance
