It appears that Lisa is on vacation so she has not posted the update on
upcoming f2f. Yuta and I sent Lisa a note within 24 hours of last
Thursday's meeting stating the following:

Sun is prepared to host the f2f meeting in Bay Area (Menlo Park CA) and
Boston area (Burlington MA) with video/audio link between the two sites.
It works very well and  is the next best thing to being at the same
site. My thanks to Yuta for making the arrangements on short notice.
Please let me know if you have any questions.

Direction:
    From 101
    Take Willow Rd. Exit towards Fremont, stay
    on the very left lane to go straight into Sun
    campus - be careful not to make a right turn at
    Bayfront(Hwy84). Once you're in the campus, turn left
    onto Network Circle and follow the sign to MPK16.
    If you go to the right on Network Circle, don't worry, it
    is a 'circle' and you can eventually reach the building 16.
    In bldg 16, ask the receptionist to call the meeting room
    so that I can escort you to the room.

Recommended Hotels
    The other option might be staying in Newark, but in that case,
    you have to get through Dumbarton bridge, which is usually jammed
    during the commuting time. If you still need info about the hotels
    in Newark, I can find some.
