There are a number of items we can chose from for the registration for
the webinars.  We need to chose which of these we want to require by EOB
today. These are the items recommended (marked with an X below).  It is
also recommended that we ask a minimum number of questions during
registration so we don't frustrate potential attendees with a lengthy
process.  In addition, Dee will be developing a follow-up survey for all
registrants after the webinars, and in that follow-up survey we can ask
about adoption, interest in ebXML, implementations, etc. etc.
