Sub-Topics
1.  Clarifying questions regarding the current proposals.  Not debating the benefits, simply so that everyone understands what is actually being proposed.  Hopefully, the recent emails helped in this regard, but there may still be some leftovers.

2.  Discussing the goals that we want to achieve.  I'd like to start with the question, "When should GraphNotClosed exceptions be thrown?"

    Possible answers:

    a)  Exactly as in 2.1: whenever the graph is not closed.
    b)  Never.  The implementation should always produce XML, whatever the state of the input graph.
    c)  The user should be able to "turn off" GraphNotClosed exceptions.  How this is done can be left unspecified for now, maybe a call like XMLHelper.addTechnicalRoot(), maybe putting the root node in some sort of technical object (like data graph)
    d)  Other

III - Key Concept from the DAS WG

The DAS WG is close to consensus on the representation of Keys (but they are not sure if the keys should be part of SDO or "local" to the DAS.  This might be a good time for to look at the current thinking, and perhaps provide some feedback, one TC to another.
