Regular sec-ldrs telecons scheduled

I have scheduled sec-ldrs telecons as follows:

Dates:  Every other Tuesday, starting 13 March and running through
         19 June (unless on a particular day we agree we don't need to meet)
Times:  Noon-1pm ET (though we will endeavor to finish within a half-hour)

For next Tuesday, we have a lot to discuss:

- Nailing down a schedule for the whole project
- Ideas on efficient telecon voting
- Coordination among subgroups

Also: Should we do subgroup status reports here, rather than in the 
whole-TC calls?  How can we most efficient use those calls to get real work 
done?
