I usually do morning dropoff for my daughter to summer camp and don't 
get in until 9:30 or 10, but my wife is covering Thursday and 
Friday.  (cc'ing her here as a reminder :-))  I'll go with the 
consensus so we can be as productive (i.e. tradeoff between # hrs and 
how awake everyone is an the start) as possible.
