Walter,

I've just realized that your comments were against the spreadsheets that
Sylvia distributed rather than a model intended to represent tax structures
which had been sent out at nearly the same time, so I'm sure my reply
seemed incongruous (I hadn't finished my first cup of coffe yet this
morning).

It appears that there is no way to specify the units of a line item other
than by putting it as text in the description.  So you'd have line items
such as "description='bushels of beans' quantity='5'", and
"description='peck of pickled peppers', quantity='1'", rather than a
description that would have a separate unit of measure (uom), e.g. "beans,
quantity 3, uom bushel" "peppers, quantity 1, uom peck".  That seems like a
surprising ommission.  Since that is the first thing I notice in 3 minutes'
scanning, I assume there may be other surprises in there.

      I would like to add an item the item Review UBL Small Business Subset
      Invoice to the agenda for tomorrow's meeting.  The SBS Invoice is a
      subset of the Invoice we have already provided comments on.  It isn't
      necessary to review these documents before tomorrow's meeting.

      This invoice was just approved by the UBL TC this morning.
