I congratulate your team for this far reaching work. I am impressed not only by its quality and scientific nature, but also by your kindness of making the same accessible for all global citizens like myself. I really appreciate that. very BIG Thank U! My research is concerned with assessing the transformational leadership (public) framework for successful implementation of public private partnership (PPP) in the development process - the Ethiopian case. The main objective of which is 'developing a general framework and typology of PPPs for Ethiopian development'. so my problem is - a concptual framework of transformational leadership (Governance?) in which collaboration of all sectors ( private, public and third sector civil society) can effectively engaged so as the rapid development plan and poverty alleviation endeavor of the country can be achieved. I know that the framework you developed (TGF) is meant to be applied for ICT or e-Governance. So can I adopt it with a little modification to serve my purpose? would you please freely comment on my plan as the international professionals in the area and recommend me any relevant model? your virtual support is highly appreciated and to be acknowledged in my PhD Dissertation.
