No comments were made on the minutes.

Roster changes were made based on the attendance of prospective 
members.  All subcommittee members are asked to review the CLSC roster to 
ensure they are represented as desired.  Some people listed as prospective 
members should become observers because they haven't been able to attend 
meetings.  Others who are taking an active part should become full members.

Agenda:

1) Deliverables

  - no new thoughts on whether the W3C Schema content should be a chapter 
(sibling to the data model) or a normative annex (separates the concrete 
form the abstract)
  - as of the last meeting, opinions for each of these stances were 
strongly held by members and still are
  - editing will proceed with the orientation held by the editor since any 
change resulting from this debate will have a small effect on the structure 
of the document and no effect on the content

2) Requirements document

  - the status of document was reviewed
  - Ken to draft the replacement for document metadata and section 1
  - Alan to determine the appropriate URL to cite for the CCTS reference
  - Marty to continue the editing task

3) Feedback on Tony's submission

  - some of Tony's work has been pulled into the draft document (please 
review this, Tony)
  - no other comments from attendees today on Tony's work

4) Any other business

  - no other business was brought to the table by attendees

The meeting concluded after 75 minutes.
