Attendees Paul Donohoe CÃcile Guasch Yves Jordan Natalie Muric Yves presented an updated schema for BRIN The code list used by the Publications Office for defining sectors of activity in the BRIN would appear to use NACE and is used in other areas of Competition Policy in the Commission.  However this does not match with the apparent categorization used in the draft template used for providing contact detail for competitors and customers with regard to mergers by DG Competition at the Commission. The above mentioned template resembles a business card and includes a category (business sector).  Thefore implying the categorization should  be placed in the /*/cac:BusinessParty , however at the moment the Business Sector is placed in /*/cac:BusinessCapability/cbc:CapabilityTypeCode.  To be discussed next time Actions: Paul to propose definition of BusinessPartyGroup CÃcile to create Process description        to contact DG Competition to understand which categories they use in the template.
