CĂcile to revise the accompanying narrative for the diagram and to make the diagram nicer with the right name.
The question of the liaison between the ISO TC 323/WG 5 (PCDS) group and UBL is to be discussed in the UBL TC.
To ensure an efficient liaison it would seem best that the liaison is or becomes a member of this sub-committee.

Added the ABIE OperationType
Added the ABIE NoticeSubType
