MINUTES OF UBL-TRANSPORT SUBCOMMITTEE 
MEETING
1000 - 1200(Singapore time) Monday 28 NOVEMBER 2005

ISSUES DISCUSSED:
 

  
Tim noted 
  that shipment and consignment used in the TBG3 trade and transport view is 
  opposite of that in TSC. The shipment in TBG3 trade and transport view does 
  not show shipment as a physical shipment. 
  
Packing List
-          
One packing list is tied to one 
shipment
-          
Identifier 
in PL is optional, because sometime it is reference based on another document

The optional 
version attribute is added

  
The association between shipment stage and consignment 
  is deleted to clearly show that shipment is clearly a logistical view. 
  
  
Shipment will be a physically logistical transport 
  item/unit. 
  
Freight Invoice

Creditor and 
debtor to be added instead of just “bill to” party. Reference to be made to 
Commerical invoice

rate to be added in.

Name to be added to the Goods Items level class as it is 
  already available at the Item level. 
  
Packaging assembly

Container line item to be 
removed, instead it will be linked via Shipment ->  Transport Handling 
Unit -> Goods Item.

We will be also able to 
link directly from shipment ->Goods Item
9.Shipping marks 
move to transport handling unit, other information such as total goods item, 
total packaging item, etc. from shipment would also need to be moved lower to 
the actual transport handling unit. 
10.Changes to the 
rest of the documents required as it should now be making use of shipment 
instead of consignment as one of the main/root class. 
11. Excel 
spreadsheet should show the attributes as it is seen in the EAP document 
assembly. For ASBIE, it should be grouped together if it is logically 
similar.
ACTION ITEMS:
1. Tim to send 
package assembly to CY. 
2. Tim to send the latest Commercial Invoice to 
Li Liaun for reference. 
 
3.CrimsonLogic to 
send CO, FI and PL to CY. 
4.CY to be the main 
editor and consolidate the changes and incorporate the changes into the master 
EAP file.

Use WebEx for web conference for purpose of 
sharing of screen to facilitate modification to data model and spreadsheet 
immediately. Please sent your email address to me if you are interested to 
participate in the WebEx sharing session during the next scheduled 
teleconference. So that we would be able to assign IDs to all 
parties.
