Key subcommittee tasks for the new year

Hello PSC and TSC,

Based on discussions over the last couple of weeks in the UBL TC, the
following appear to be the major subcommittee tasks needed to complete
UBL 2.1 PRD3.

PSC TASKS

   1. Develop a cancellation mechanism for (at least) Despatch Advice
      and Receipt Advice.  See the discussion of this point under
      "Cancellation Documents" at

      The action item is for PSC to consider the points raised in this
      discussion and develop an appropriate solution.  This item
      originated with a comment from ePrior:

      Note that while this is a PSC item, it will require some joint
      discussion with TSC.  Also, there may be an overlap between this
      task and TSC Task 2.

   2. Add TaxTotal to LineItem; create new amount BBIE

      Note that it is up to PSC to make an initial determination as to
      the advisability of making these additions.

   3. Adding ReceiptAdviceTypeCode to the ReceiptAdvice document

      To be discussed in the TC first, but it looks like a probable PSC
      work item, so I list it here for tracking purposes.

TSC TASKS

   1. Complete revisions to transport information items (both document
      models and BBIEs) and submit to the model review team.

   2. Resolve issues regarding Transportation Status Request and the
      general status request mechanism.

JOINT PSC/TSC TASKS

   1. Revise all of the library definitions as needed to ensure
      consistency and accuracy.  TM is currently scheduled to have a
      first draft of this done by the end of January, with review in the
      SCs to take place in conference calls following.  (Former work
      items regarding non-ASCII characters, missing apostrophes, and bad
      line breaks are now included in this one.)

   2. Collaborate as necessary on PSC Task 1.
