As usual, the call is open to all interested UBL TC members.

IMPORTANT NOTE: As we approach FCS, it will become increasingly
necessary to arrive at a consensus during these coordination
meetings.  If you have opinions on the subjects under discussion,
it is essential that you attend the calls or register your
opinions via email.  If we arrive at what appear to be consensus
positions in these calls and don't get any pushback by mail, I am
going to treat those positions as approved for purposes of
generating a candidate 1.0 Committee Draft.

2004-0310-01 Code list mechanism

   We have a number of critical-path issues to resolve regarding
   code lists.  See

   If we can't get all these questions resolved in the
