To be consistent with other changes of this sort (18.6, 18.7 and 18.8) the I suggest the definition should be changed to:

The same principle applies to DespatchAdvice/OrderReference and ReceiptAdvice/OrderReference.

I suggest the spreadsheet changes get made during the QA next week.

David's point that a definition that says "zero or more" does not make sense

meetings to change this, David needs to know what definition he should
include.
