Hello UBL TC,

As agreed in this week's Pacific TC call, I am now preparing to
submit the UBL 1.0 International Data Dictionary for your
approval.

In formatting the document, I noticed that I had failed to list
myself as editor; this attribution is now included at the end of
the Credits section.  See below for the finished result.

To give you all one last chance to look this over -- and also give
our absent members time to get back from Kuala Lumpur -- I'm going
to let this settle for a week and then start CD balloting.  If you
approve the draft (and I certainly hope you do!) then we will be
ready to issue the IDD as a CD and start an official public review
at the beginning of April as scheduled.

Committee Drafts have a pretty steep approval requirement, so if
you're an active member but won't be able to vote next week,
please let me know that now so that I can change your voting
status in advance of the ballot.
