The UBL European Community collaboration team has developed a proposal 
for a procurement process that extends that used in UBL 1.0.

Please find attached a document that describes this process and the 
additional document types involved.

This matter is on the agenda for discussion at the next Pacific 
conference call on March 21/22nd.  Please address any comments to this 
list or at that call.
