MINUTES OF ATLANTIC UBL TC MEETING

    Review of Pacific call minutes

       No comments.

CUSTOMIZATION GUIDELINES

    JB: Have begun the submission process for public review.

    ACTION: JB to send the .doc file of the draft to the authors.

UBL 2.0 NDR EDITORIAL REVIEW

    ACTION (9/16): JB to draft a new rule stating that the schema
    retains and expresses the sequence of business information
    entities in the model plus a note observing that in UBL
    modeling, the order for an ABIE is that all the ASBIEs follow
    the BBIEs.

       ACTION: MC to write the rule and find the right place for
       it.

       ACTION: JB to send MC the .xml ASAP.

    ACTION (9/16): JB to supply a missing angle bracket and change
    "BuyerParty" to "SupplierParty" in Example 12.

       ACTION: MC to do this.

    ACTION (9/24): BH to write translator to generate a docbook
    version of the checklist annex before PDF conversion.

       Pending.

    ACTION (9/24): JB to check to make sure the NDR includes a
    statement that we use "XSD" as a synonym for "W3C Schema" and
    explains why (brevity, clarity).

       ACTION: MC to do this.

UBL TC MEETING IN FREMANTLE

2009 TC MEETING SCHEDULE

    See Pacific call minutes.

    MC: Will not attend a meeting in Rome.  Suggest a separate work
    session on the U.S. east coast.

TC CONCALL SCHEDULE

    See Pacific call minutes.  Basically: regular schedule for the
    rest of the year with the exception of the following:

       Week of 11/24: No meetings
       Week of 12/8: No meetings
       Week of 12/22: No meetings
       Week of 12/29: No meetings

OTHER BUSINESS

    PLB: The PSC will start regular meetings in October.

    MC: Will be on the call every week except the week of 21
    October.

    PLB: Leaving ITST 5 October and starting own company,
    EBConnect; will continue with BII and UBL.
