Subcommittee report: TSC AS: By request, have posted a copy of the full version of UN/CEFACT CCL08B: http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/ubl/200810/msg00035.html This is not the final published version, as it has not yet passed Q/C, but it will serve as the baseline for our preliminary alignment work until the published version becomes available. Review of Atlantic call minutes No comments. UBL 2.1 ISSUES LIST AGREED to put this under Standing Items in order to get news of significant additions. INTERNATIONAL DATA DICTIONARY JB: Will put this out for another letter ballot tomorrow. UBL WORK SCHEDULE ACTION (1/8): JB to revise the work schedule spreadsheet. TM: Initial draft (sent between chairs) seems a reasonable scheduling target for 2.1; scope that will need further discussion. ACTION: TM to send JB an updated convergence timeline; JB to update schedule and post to the TC. ADVANCED ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE (XAdES) ACTION: JB to follow up with Julián and Roberto. CONFORMANCE AND CODE LIST VALIDATION Next week we will discuss the relationship of code list validation to UBL conformance. 2009 TC MEETING SCHEDULE 19-23 January 2009 in Fremantle http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/ubl/200808/msg00010.html Expected attendance: TM, MC, GKH; possibly AS, MG, AH From minutes of 30 September: "TM: Urgently need to know who will be attending and also able to present on Friday of the meeting. This information is needed for a proposal to a prospective sponsor. It would be particularly valuable for someone from Europe to speak regarding BII." 20-24 April 2009 (colocated with UN/CEFACT Forum) ACTION (9/30): TM to arrange possible colocation. August 2009 We appear to be agreed on a shift of this meeting to 17-21 August, but JB needs to confirm venue availability with Balisage organizers. In progress.
