SCHEDULE REVIEW

    PSC (TM): Nothing new; still finalizing some of the individual
    submissions.  Still haven't heard from iSURF.

    TSC (AS): Just received notice from Freightwise that they are
    ready to submit data models; will suggest they send for posting
    on TSC site.  Hoping to set up a meeting later this week.

    2.0 NDR (JB): Action to review recent comments pending.

    Customization Guidelines (JB): In public review.

    IDD Vol. 1 (JB): Undergoing default CD ballot.

    IDD Vol. 2 (JB): Will post the German translation.

    Security SC: ACTION (6/2): JB to request current status of
    XAdES profile.

       Message sent; answer expected shortly.

    ACTION: JB to update schedule for Supporting Materials.

2009 TC MEETING SCHEDULE

    17-21 August 2009 in Montr�al, colocated with Balisage the
    previous week.

    Jan/Feb meeting in Europe

       JB: MHB is planning a major PEPPOL meeting in Copenhagen
       10-11 February 2010 and has offered to host a UBL TC meeting
       in the same location 8-11 February with a UBL International
       Conference following that Friday (12 February).  We would
       presumably follow the same general plan as colocation at
       UN/CEFACT meetings, with most of the shared time devoted to
       UBL TC work and some opportunities taken to meet with PEPPOL
       participants.  Plan has already been approved in Atlantic
       meeting.

       GKH: Will attend and schedule tutorials.

       TM: Will chair.

       AGREED to accept the offer.

       ACTION: JB to send acceptance to MHB; TM to inform other
       potential hosts with thanks for their kind offers.
