MINUTES OF ATLANTIC UBL TC MEETING WEDNESDAY 31 AUGUST 2011

    Review of Pacific call minutes

       No comments.

UBL NDR WORK

    Preparation for Kars.

    BH/KV/SR: Intend to skype in for plenaries and NDR work.

    It is understood that the call schedule will be determined during the
    opening plenary (Monday 19 September) and that NDR-related calls will
    take place during the afternoon (since all participants will be on
    New York time).

       ACTION: BH and KV to pull together an NDR call (or two) to prepare
       for Kars, in particular (1) any major technical decisions,
       including the ones already agreed to, and (2) assignment of work
       roles.

2011 UBL TC F2F MEETING SCHEDULE

    19-23 September 2011

OTHER BUSINESS

    SR: Some people are under the impression that PRD2 is the last review
    cycle for UBL 2.1.

    JB: Understandable given the delay by OASIS in beginning PRD2, but in
    fact another review (PRD3) will take place shortly after the meeting
    in Kars.  We are hoping that PRD3 will be final, but of course this
    depends on our stakeholders.
