MINUTES OF ATLANTIC UBL TC MEETING WEDNESDAY 20 JUNE 2012

UBL 2.1 PRD3 DEFINITION REVIEW

   TSC has completed the initial tasks associated with review of the
   maindoc definitions:

   AS: TSC is assuming that PSC will own Transport Invoice for purposes
   of this review and that PSC will inform us if any of the remaining
   doctypes should be handled by TSC (see list of the documents whose
   ownership is currently assumed by TSC in URL above).

   JB: We are expecting a similar note from PSC following their meeting
   Thursday.

   PLB: There is one issue waiting reply from Oriol.

   AS: Regarding the definitions of xxx. Customization
   Identifier. Identifier and xxx. Profile Identifier. Identifier as
   "Identifies a user-defined customization of UBL for a specific use"
   and "Identifies a user-defined profile of the customization of UBL
   being used," the word "user" suggests "end user," whereas we of
   course mean something like "user community or the partners in a
   trading relationship."

      AGREED to include a note about this in the hubdoc in section 1
      (e.g., "UBL addresses a spectrum of user requirements," pointing
      to the Customization Guidelines) and to add definitions of user,
      customization, and profile to the terms and definitions in 1.1.1.

SGTG

   GKH: Next SGTG package production will be the week of July 9.

      AGREED to aim for completion of the maindoc review and editorial
      work in time for inclusion in a 9 July SGTG package build.
