The following elements are not present in the EOIR schema

Required to specify:
 * Tenderer required qualifications,
 * Criteria description,
 * Subcontracting conditions,
 * Identification of parties for "additional information", "document provision" and "tenders reception"

*+Tendering Process+*

To indicate:
 * Procedure type
 * Applications and lots (one lot only, one or more lots, all lots),
 * Participations reception period

+*Originator Customer Party*+

+*ProcurementProjectLot*+

The element ProcurementProjectLotReference is present instead, however it only to indicate a Lot ID while lots are not specified anywhere.
