Some inconsistencies have been identified in chapterÂ2.3.3.1 Tendering (pre-award) ofÂ[http://docs.oasis-open.org/ubl/os-UBL-2.2/UBL-2.2.html#S-PLAN]

e.g. Publication body is used in one place and Publication office in the other.

A revamping exercise also is needed to ensure that the current description is generic enough to cater for all procedures.
