OASIS members and other interested parties, OASIS is pleased to announce that SAML V2.0 Metadata Interoperability Profile V1.0 and SAML V2.0 Metadata Extensions for Login and Discovery User Interface V1.0 have been approved by the membership as OASIS Standards [1]. The ballot was held under the OASIS call for consent procedure [2]. In the ballot, both Candidate OASIS Standards received 14 affirmative consents and no objections. Therefore the standards are approved. TC Administration will now prepare and publish the final OASIS Standard and notify members when it is available.
