Not able to make midday call Sep. 25th

As noted before I cannot make the 25th or October 2nd, and on October 9th CalConnect will be using the conferencing system for a Board meeting so it won’t be available for WS-Calendar use if the Board meeting runs over an hour (it starts at 1100 Eastern). (And Mike and I are both supposed to be on that call.) Could the WS-Calendar call be moved 3 minutes or an hour later on October 9th, or to October 14th?
