In wsrmp-1.1-spec-cd-07.html, the URIs for the Chairs and Editors
email addresses appear malformed ("../" for mailto:) - I did
not check the corresponding .doc and .pdf.  So also WSMC, I
think.  Sorry if this hasty check is showing up false
observations...
