issues coordination call today - 8am pacific

The issues
coordination subgroup call will be held as usual at 11am eastern/8am pacific
today. Callin info: 877-988-8393 int'l 203 566-8013 pc 484868.  I
have the followign topics for discussion:
- issues for next week's TC call.  Issues
13, 24 and 73 have proposals for votes.  Alastair's motion on 53 may
also be voted. 
- thoughts on action plan for "triage"
of issues list
- concern about non-members (ie, observers/prospective
members) posting issues
