Folks,

Here is current draft for the customized use case.

Here is what has been done so far.
- cleaned up the introduction.
- cleaned up basic flow
- Started working on generalizing the description of the customization task
to be independent of implementation
(e.g add elements, look and feel, etc) to a level that is agnostic to the
location or implementation of  the customization.
- added a reference to the embedded use case for URL rewriting
customization.

- still to be done (may be a partial list):
      - complete the generalization process
