Informational Call with GGF People

Folks,

On Monday's call there was a request to provide a dial in number for 
people who wanted to dial in and find out what questions were raised by 
a number of people from outside our usual circle. And check up on those 
of us there answering the questions :-). The meeting itself is intended 
as just an information exchange session. I plan a very brief status 
report and then I will run through the draft requirements document as a 
way to motivate discussion. It will be a very informal session.

This meeting will NOT count toward membership and there will not be a a 
role call. Also the meeting will be held under GGF IPR POLICY.
