   ABAC Draft posted

   John: Reviewed extensively and submitted update to NIST. Suggests
         that individuals and/or the TC review and contribute. Deadline
         for Public Review 31st. Members strongly encouraged to review
         and post comments.
   Hal: We will need to use the TC list to have something ready with
        this short timeline.

  Status of Profiles
   Hal: Posted information on document status to the wiki in response
        to previous Action Item. Link and description have been posted
        to wiki. 3 Profiles: IP, EC-US, REST are ready to promote.
        Given the current changes to JSON, we should proceed with these
        3 and address JSON when it is ready.

III. Issues
  JSON profile
   Work continues on the list.

  Obligations
   Hal: posted document on the behalf of JP Morgan (to join TC in
        future) outlining Use Cases and interest in pursuing further
        discussion re: Obligations.
   Jan: Currently working on a new summary of the two use cases that
        were previously posted. Will post when ready.
   Hal: the new and existing work should provide ample Use Cases from
        which to being work.

IV. IF-MAP Overview Presentation by Clifford Kahn
   Clifford Kahn and Richard Hill presented the background of IF-MAP
   and how XACML may fit in with it. Further questions may be submitted
   to Richard directly or via the list.
