 JSON Profile Draft 23 uploaded

  steven: json profile should be complete

  hal: both json,rest profiles ready to go to vote for pub review
   might want to consider 30 day review
  hal: any objections to chairs creating a ballot?
    no objections

 ->  chairs will create one or two ballots to vote on.


III. Issues

 new issue:
  michael: customer item about evaluating bags: will discuss @ next mtg
